Contact Hollis Air Duct Houston – Free Air Duct Cleaning Estimate in Houston
Call (713) 936-5800 for a free air duct cleaning estimate in Houston, TX. When you reach us, you’ll speak with a live coordinator who listens, answers your questions, and books your assessment with the local Hollis team. No hard sell, no pressure script, and a written price before any work starts.
What Happens When You Call
Step 1: You call (713) 936-5800. A live coordinator picks up and takes down your address, home size, and what’s prompting the call. You’ll get a straight answer about whether duct cleaning is what you actually need.
Step 2: We schedule a walkthrough. A local Houston technician comes to your home at the agreed time. They inspect the system, look at the return and supply vents, and check the blower and coil condition.
Step 3: You get a written estimate. Before anything happens, the price is on paper. One flat price for the whole system, based on what the inspection showed. No per-vent surprises, no add-ons at the door.
Step 4: The work is done by the book. If you approve the estimate, the crew runs Rotobrush or Nikro equipment through the ductwork, leaves the site clean, and stands behind the work in writing for a full year. Roy Castellanos leads the Houston branch and keeps every job squared away to The Garrison Standard.
Why Houston Homeowners Call Us First
- Transparent pricing in writing. Every Hollis job gets one flat price per system, agreed to before any equipment comes off the truck. You’ll never see a low teaser number that turns into a bigger invoice once work begins.
- The Garrison Standard on every job. Our crews arrive inside the window we gave, do the work by the book, and leave the site clean. If anything fails within a full year, we come back and make it right at no charge.
- Licensed and insured professionals. Every pro working under the Hollis name is required to hold the license and insurance their state requires. You’re not gambling on a fly-by-night crew when you book with us.
- Real equipment, real results. We use Rotobrush and Nikro systems to agitate and extract debris from ductwork, not a shop vac with a brush taped to it. You get before-and-after photos of your own ducts so you can see what was actually done.

It helps to know your square footage, how many vents you have, and roughly when your home was built. If you know the last time your ducts were cleaned, even better. But if you don’t have any of that, just tell us your address and we’ll figure out the rest during the walkthrough.
We accept major credit cards and debit cards. Payment is due when the work is complete, and you’ll have your written estimate in hand before you commit to anything. Call (713) 936-5800 if you have questions about payment.
