Our People

Marcus T. – Lead Technician

Marcus has been running duct jobs in Houston for over a decade, most of that with Hollis. He’s NADCA-certified and the guy we put on the toughest homes: the 1960s ranch in Meyerland with original hard pipe, the two-story in Kingwood where the return chase runs through a finished wall. He runs our Rotobrush rotary brush systems and Nikro negative-air machines like they’re extensions of his own hands. If you ask him a question mid-job, he’ll stop and show you exactly what he’s seeing inside your ducts with the camera. Marcus lives in Spring Branch with his wife and two dogs, and he rebuilds old Harley carbs in his garage when he’s not crawling through attics.

Dana R. – Service Coordinator

Dana is the voice on the phone when you call (713) 936-5800. She’s been with us for six years and knows the Houston service area block by block. When you describe your return vent, your filter size, or the weird smell coming from a specific register, Dana’s already got a mental map of your floor plan and a time window that actually works for you. She schedules every job with enough buffer that our techs never have to rush out the door before walking you through what they found. Dana grew up in Pearland, so she knows exactly what Gulf Coast humidity does to a duct system between June and September.

Luis H. – Senior Installer & Duct Sealing Specialist

Luis handles our duct sealing and repair work, and he’s particular about it. He’s the one who insists on using duct sealing mastic properly: brushed into the seams, not smeared over dust and oxidation where it’ll peel in a season. Before any sealing job, he cleans the contact surface first, because mastic doesn’t bond to dirt. Luis has been with Hollis Air Duct Houston for eight years and came up doing commercial installs, so he treats residential attics with the same rigor. He also runs our dryer vent replacement jobs. Luis roots for the Astros even in bad seasons, which tells you everything about his patience and loyalty.

Jordan P. – Apprentice Technician

Jordan is the newest name on the roster, and he’s earning his hours the right way: shadowing Marcus, learning to read airflow, and getting comfortable inside Houston’s tightest attic spaces before he ever touches a customer’s system solo. He’s already solid on our HEPA-filtered negative-air setup, because we don’t let anyone near your home’s airflow until they understand containment and pressure first. Jordan is from Cypress and genuinely likes talking to homeowners about what he’s learning. If he’s on your job, he’s the one double-checking the register seals before we pack up.
