Sanitizing & deodorizingWhole-system duct and dryer vent check with before-and-after photos - you see exactly what came out of your vents
That "$99 whole-house special" is a bait ad - the real number appears once they are in your hallway, or the "clean" is a shop-vac at the register. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after instead.
Air Duct Cleaning Before & After in Houston, TX
Talking about cleaner air is easy. Showing it is different. Below are real job walkthroughs from homes around Houston, from Katy to Clear Lake, where our Rotobrush rotary brush and Nikro negative-air machines pulled out what no one wants to admit was there. Each one shows the problem, how we fixed it, and what changed afterward. The price was in writing before we started, and every job carried the 365-Day Done Right Promise.

Twenty-Year-Old Return Vents in a Meyerland Ranch House
The homeowners had changed their filter on schedule and still couldn’t figure out why dust settled on every flat surface within two days. When we pulled the return vent cover, the duct walls looked like the inside of a dryer lint trap. We ran the Rotobrush rotary brush down each return drop, then set up the Nikro negative-air unit to pull loosened debris out of the house rather than recirculate it. The after photo showed bare metal. Two weeks later, the homeowner called to say the dust wasn’t gone entirely, but it had stopped reappearing overnight. That’s what a return-side cleaning is supposed to do in a Houston house that runs AC nine months a year.
Post-Construction Drywall Dust in a Heights New Build
This one wasn’t neglect; it was drywall. The builder’s crew had sanded the house with the HVAC system running, and every supply duct we inspected had a quarter inch of fine white powder sitting in the boot. That dust works its way into the blower motor and shortens the system’s life, which the homeowner understood the moment we showed them the photo. We cleaned all supply and return ducts, wiped each register, and sealed the boots where we found gaps. The result was a system that stopped blowing construction dust through a brand new house. For anyone buying a new build in Houston, we recommend asking whether the builder cleaned the ducts before closing day. Most don’t.
Dryer Vent Packed with Lint in a Clear Lake Utility Room
The dryer was taking two full cycles to dry a single load of towels, and the exterior vent hood had a mat of lint hanging off it like Spanish moss. The vent run was short, less than eight feet, but it had never been cleaned in the six years since the house was built. We removed the lint with a rotary vent brush and cleaned the hood assembly, then ran the dryer to confirm airflow at the exterior. The homeowner said the dryer finished a load in forty minutes for the first time since they moved in. In Clear Lake, where humidity makes a slow dryer even slower, a clogged vent is a common culprit we see weekly.
Supply Duct Coated with Cooking Residue in a Katy Kitchen
This house had an under-cabinet range hood that recirculated air instead of venting outside. Over time, cooking aerosol settled inside the nearby supply ducts and left a tacky film that held onto dust. The homeowner described the smell as stale oil every time the AC kicked on. We cleaned the affected supply lines and the main trunk, then recommended the homeowner consider replacing the recirculating hood with a properly vented unit. The smell cleared after the cleaning, and the pull of the system improved enough that the homeowner noticed rooms cooling more evenly. Duct cleaning can’t fix a recirculating hood, but it can remove what the hood left behind.
Aging Flex Duct with Visible Tears in a Spring Branch Rental
The tenant complained that two bedrooms never cooled below eighty degrees in August, and the landlord called us expecting a simple cleaning. What we found was worse: the flex duct to those rooms had separated at a junction and was pulling attic air, not conditioned air. We replaced the damaged flex run, reconnected the junction, sealed it with duct sealing mastic, and then cleaned all remaining supply lines. The bedrooms cooled within two hours. This is exactly why we show photos before and after, because the problem is often not dust at all. Sometimes Houston’s attic heat finds a hole and climbs in.
